Latest Strategic Participation in Landmark Energy & Industrial Projects
UPCOMING: ExxonMobil Low-Carbon Hydrogen Project (Worley EPC) — United States
UBG Oil Ventures is set to participate in Worley’s EPC execution of ExxonMobil’s world-scale Low-Carbon Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Carbon Capture Project in Baytown, Texas. As the energy sector shifts toward decarbonization, our role in this groundbreaking project marks a pivotal expansion into clean energy infrastructure. UBG will provide specialty logistics, modular component sourcing, and site preparation services — helping deliver one of the largest low-carbon hydrogen facilities in the world.
Dos Bocas Petrochemical Pretreatment Project
UBG Oil Ventures is a trusted participant in the Dos Bocas Refinery Pretreatment Facility, a cornerstone of Mexico’s energy self-sufficiency initiative. Our work supports the critical early-stage processing that ensures optimal performance across downstream operations. TC Energy’s Southeast Gateway Pipeline Project
As part of TC Energy’s ambitious Southeast Gateway Project, UBG Oil Ventures is contributing to the development of over 700 kilometers of offshore natural gas pipeline infrastructure. Our role focuses on procurement, logistics coordination, and site services, enabling seamless progress across complex offshore and coastal environments. This project enhances energy connectivity and security for millions of residents and industries across southern Mexico.
GNK Gas Pipeline (Gasoducto Néstor Kirchner) — Argentina
In Argentina, UBG Oil Ventures is contributing to the monumental Gasoducto Presidente Néstor Kirchner (GNK) project — a vital initiative to transport natural gas from the Vaca Muerta shale formation to central and northern regions of the country. Our involvement includes equipment provisioning, contractor coordination, and logistical operations, reinforcing Argentina’s move toward energy independence and export growth.

In the heart of Nuevo León, the Ternium Pesquería Steel Plant continues its transformation into a world-class industrial hub.
